Our commitment to your satisfaction

1. Return Timeframe

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Returned items must be postmarked within this period to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Holiday Exception:

Items purchased between November 1st and December 31st may be returned until January 31st of the following year.

2. Item Condition

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
  • Free of any odors, stains, or damage
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases

3. Return Process

Please follow these steps to return an item:

  • Contact our customer support at support@tillshoptechnologies.com to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.
  • Package your item securely, including all original tags and accessories.
  • Attach the return label provided by our team.
  • Drop off the package at any authorized shipping location.
  • Processing Time: Please allow 5-7 business days from the day we receive your item to process the return. You will receive an email confirmation once your return is complete.

4. Return Shipping

Free Returns: We offer free return shipping for items shipped within Pakistan.

  • Customer-Paid Returns: For international orders, you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective item).
  • Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • Customized or personalized orders
  • Perishable goods (if applicable)
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases

5. Exchanges

Were happy to exchange items for a different size, color, or style if available:

  • In-Stock Exchanges: Exchanges are processed as soon as stock is available.
  • Out-of-Stock Exchanges: If your desired item is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund or store credit.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification:

  • Credit Card/PayPal: Refunds are issued within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
  • Store Credit: If you prefer, we can issue a store credit for future purchases.
  • Gift Returns: Gift purchases will be refunded via store credit.
